The Town of Riverdale Park requires the following licenses to operate: 

 

1.  Business License                   2.  Rental License            3.  Mobile Vendor License

• Application Form and Fee (Review Fee Chart Below) 
• Copy of Prince George's County Certificate of Occupancy

• License Issuance 

2.  Rental License: Required Items

• Application Form and Fee 
• MDE Registration Number (Properties Built Prior to 1978 - Review MDE Form Below)

      Process:

• Application and Fee Submission
• Application Review
• License Inspection
• License Issuance  

 

3.  Mobile Vendor License: Required Items

• Application Form 
• Copy of Prince Goerge's County Mobile Vendor License
