The Town requires the following permits for certain construction work or to hold certain events:

1. Building Permits: Required Items
- Application and $50 Application Fee
- Prince George's County Building Permit
- Approved Plans / Supporting Documents for County Permit
- Receipt of Payment for County Permit

- A permit is required for a fence built over 4 feet in height and is subject to review by Mayor and Council.

Process: - Application, $75 Permit Fee, & 3% of Project Cost for Engineer Review
