Permits

The Town requires the following permits for  safety, construction work and to hold certain events:

1.  Building / Dumpster Permits                               
2.  Utility Permits                                                              
3.  Special Event Permits                                              
4.  Parking Permits
5.  Waggertail Dog Park Permits

1.  Building Permits: Required Documents
  • Application and $50 Application Fee (Review Application Below)
  • Prince George's County Building Permit
  • Approved Plans / Supporting Documents for County Permit
  • Receipt of Payment for County Permit 
       Process:
  • Permit Application Submission 
  • Permit Review
  • Permit Approval
  • Permit Fee Payment (75% of County Permit Fee)
  • Permit Issuance
  • Permit Inspection 
Note:
A permit is required for a fence built over 4 feet in height and is subject to review by Mayor and Council.
